Contracts hub

This week we delivered a Contracts Hub built across SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate and it has been awesome seeing it land in a real working environment.

Not because it looks nice (which it does) and not because the technology is clever (which it is) but because people can now answer simple questions without fighting the system to get there - Where is that contract? Who owns this? When does it expire? Has this been approved?

What existed before technically worked, but it relied too heavily on tribal knowledge, disconnected processes and people knowing where things were hidden - now there's one place to find information, track obligations, manage approvals and receive reminders through Teams and Outlook.

Less chasing. Less guessing. Less process friction.
