Data is Art

If you had told my 15 year old, art-obsessed self that I'd one day fall in love with numbers and data, I'd have laughed (while sketching something dramatic in charcoal and strumming Pearl Jam riffs).
Back then, maths felt miles away from meaning. Pythagoras' theorem? Angles? Formulas? No thanks.
Fast-forward a few decades and my perspective has completely changed - turns out data's kind of beautiful and endlessly creative. It's just maths with a story; numbers that explain the world, not just calculate it. Art in disguise. Colour by numbers for grown ups who like meaning.
Data shows us where to focus, what to let go of and how to create a little more calm in the chaos. It's creativity with a compass - logic and imagination working in perfect balance.
