Good Data Karma

We talk about it a lot at Dayta Darta because it captures something we really believe - what you put into the data world has a way of coming back.

If you cut corners, hide the truth, build confusing reports, create vanity metrics, hoard knowledge, ignore governance, chase noise over value then eventually it catches up. But when you do the opposite, good things happen!

So....

...design with the user in mind.

...make data easier to understand.

...share knowledge generously.

...build trust in the numbers.

...create systems people actually want to use.

...focus on decisions, not dashboards.

...leave things better than you found them.

That is Good Data Karma. It's about intent, integrity and impact - more people creating useful things, solving real problems and helping others succeed.

That is the kind of karma we are here for.
